Life is busy, and stressful. The stress, overwhelm and busy-ness accumulates in our system, and bursts out in anger, shuts us down and makes us want to hide. Then underneath this all, our sub-concious programming runs the show 90% of the time and unhealthy stories and beliefs effect how we react and show up.

MY STORY
You see not too long ago I was stuck. I was burnt out. I felt like there was no hope of finding the old version of me who I was missing like anything. My brain was foggy. I was exhausted.
After being stuck myself for so long, I have finally been able to find my way out of burnout.
