In Release + Reclaim, we will work together to help you increase your capacity by releasing stress and overwhelm.

Discover WHY it is not your fault that you are feeling the way you are and how to release this stress and start to rewire your brain and body to feel safe to relax.

In our 1-on-1 sessions, I will gently guide you through some simple exercises, that will allow you to transform & release the stress in your mind and body.

What is this?
A gentle, 1-on-1 session designed to help you release built-up stress and overwhelm, so you can think clearer, feel calmer, and reconnect with yourself.
Do I have to share everything?
No. Unlike talk therapy, here you can share as much or as little as you like. This process works even if you don’t talk about the details.
How does it work?
We use a blend of nervous system calming, PSYCH-K® (a proven subconscious change process), and simple grounding tools you can use anytime.
What will I feel after?
Most people notice a sense of lightness, clarity, and relief. Sometimes it’s subtle, sometimes it’s immediate.
Who is it for?
Women feeling stuck in survival mode, burnout, or ongoing stress — ready for gentle, real change without pressure.
How many sessions will l need?
The number of sessions will vary per person, however I recommend a minimum of 3-session journey to experience the best results.
The first sessions is usually 90 minutes, with follow up sessions approx. 60 mins each.
