For years, I thought hustle was just part of running a business. I wore it like a badge of honour — pushing through exhaustion, brain fog, and constant overwhelm. Like many entrepreneurs, I believed working harder was the only way to succeed.
I hit a point where my energy was depleted and my nervous system felt stuck in survival mode.
It took me 2 years of 'just dealing' with this burnout. Taking things off my plate. I even stopped running my business that I had built up over several years. I was burnt out and heart broken.
It wasn't until earlier this year when I decided enough was enough. I saw an integrative practitioner and started on a mission to truely beat this burnout.
A few months in I stumbled across something called Psychology Kinesiology (PSYCH-K®) — and it’s completely changed how I run my business (and how I feel within it).
