My Story
A few years ago, I was deep in survival mode — parenting, working, trying to manage ADHD symptoms, and feeling constantly behind.
After being diagnosed, I started medication, but I always felt like there had to be a gentler way to feel clear and grounded again. Then, at a free Psych-K® info session I nearly skipped, everything shifted.
During one short balance, I realised how much stress I’d been holding — not just mentally, but physically. The next morning, I woke up feeling like myself for the first time in years. Light. Clear. Motivated.
I didn’t take my ADHD meds that day... and I haven’t felt like I’ve needed them since. That experience was so powerful that I knew I had to learn to offer this work to others.

How does muscle testing work?
Muscle testing is a way of communicating with the subconscious mind through the body. In person, I’ll guide you through simple arm tests — no prior experience needed!
What is a “whole-brain state,” and why does it matter?
A whole-brain state means both hemispheres of the brain are working in harmony — calm, focused, and integrated. This is the ideal state for changing beliefs, releasing stress, and accessing inner clarity. Psych-K® helps create this state gently and intentionally.
Is it safe for pregnancy, children, or neurodivergent people?
Yes. Sessions are gentle, client-led, and can be adapted to individual needs.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people feel a big shift in one session. Others prefer to explore a few sessions over time to work through layers. You’re welcome to try one and see how it feels — no pressure to commit to more.
Do I have to share my story or trauma?
No — and that’s one of the most beautiful parts of Psych-K®.
You don’t need to talk through your past, unpack your trauma, or explain everything in order for this process to work. In fact, it often works best when we keep things simple and present-focused.
Psych-K® is a subconscious and body-based process, not a talk therapy. We work with what your system is ready to shift — and that might be a belief, a pattern, or just a feeling of stuckness or stress.
If something emotional does come up, we honour it gently — but you’re never expected to “go there” unless you want to.
This is a space where:
- You’re in control of how much you share
- You can keep things private and still receive deep benefit
- Your nervous system doesn’t need to relive the past to feel safe in the present
So whether you want to dive into something specific or just say “I don’t know, I just feel off” — that’s more than enough to begin.
How do I pay if it’s ‘Pay What You Think It’s Worth’?
You’ll receive a payment link after the session. There’s no pressure — just trust your experience and offer what feels aligned.
What if I don’t feel a big shift straight away?
That’s okay. Some people feel immediate lightness or clarity, others notice gradual changes over days or weeks. Your system will shift what it’s ready for.
How to make the most out of your session
Can I bring a specific issue to work on?
Yes, absolutely. You can bring a situation, symptom, emotion, or goal — even if it’s not fully clear yet. Together, we’ll gently uncover the beliefs or stress behind it and work from there.
Can we work on more than one thing in a session?
Sometimes yes — it depends on the depth of each focus. Most sessions work best when we focus on one core theme at a time, but if time and energy allow, we may explore more.
What if I don’t know what I want to work on?
Totally okay. Many clients start with “I just feel off,” or “I’m overwhelmed but I don’t know why.” We’ll explore that together and let the subconscious guide the way.
Who is it for and what experience do I need?
What age range is it suitable for?
Psych-K® is suitable for teens, adults, and elders. With some modifications, it can be used with children as well — especially with parental support or presence.
Is Psych-K® spiritual? Religious? Woo-woo?
It’s not religious, and you don’t need to believe in anything specific. Psych-K® is grounded in neuroscience, kinesiology, and whole-brain theory. You can approach it as an inner mindset shift, nervous system support, or simply a tool for self-awareness.
